Hikvision ha avisado que el próximo dia 5 de abril cerrará el servidor europeo de DDNS hikvisioneurope.net, y que a partir de esa fecha se deberá usar el servidor de DDNS hik-online.com.
Todos aquellos que aun tengais algun dispositivo trabajando con www.hikvisioneurope.net deberiais migrarlos lo antes posible a www.hik-online.com mientras podais acceder a ellos remotamente.
Dear Customer,
Due to the technology moving forward and user quantity growth, HIKVISION needs to change the DDNS service/server. The website and the service behind www.hikvisioneurope.net will be terminated, a new website with upgraded service www.hik-online.com had been launched.
The termination will have the following impact for you
– Your devices will no longer be online via the link www.hikvisioneurope.net/yourdevicename
– Your existing account on www.hikvisioneurope.net will be stopped
– You can’t access www.hikvisioneurope.net after the termination date 5th of April.The following steps have to be taken to make the changes, this requires certain technical knowledge, we advise you to contact your installer in order to accomplish the changes
– Create an account on www.hik-online.com
– Add your devices with your new account
– Change DDNS host settings to eudev.hik-online.com (in the IPC and NVR/DVR and 4500 the item to change is titled Server Address, unless we put the correct thing down it could confuse people)
– Add the devices in your iVMS4200, iVMS4500 with the new settingsWith the upgrade, HIKVISION will provide you a more stable, faster and securer DDNS service, we hope you will continue enjoying your HIKVISION installation.

hola buenos dias les queria consultar sobre este tema.
anteriormente tenia unos equipos registrados en http://www.hik-online.com con la plataforma anterior , mi problema es que ahora que cambio no puedo acceder a la cuenta anterior donde tengo los equipos . si me pueden ayudar les agradeceria . saludos

Las cuentas de la version antigua de hik-online siguen funcionando con la nueva. Los usuarios/password que existian antes, aun existen ahora. Si no te sabes la contraseña, puedes usar la opcion de la web para recuperarla.

Tengo instaladas unas cámaras de seguridad en mi negocio, las cuáles visualizo a través de mi móvil y pc.
Desde hace unos días, intento acceder desde mi pc al enlace de siempre para visualizarlas, pero me pone un mensaje que debo instalar plugins para poder verlos. Pincho en el link y los instalo, pero al cerrar y volver a abrir el explorador, me vuelve a salir el mismo mensaje. ¿Alguien me podría decir qué debo hacer? ¿Qué plugins debo instalar para seguir viéndolo correctamente? ¿Dónde podría descargármelos? Gracias de antemano.

En el dispositivo has de configurar el DDNS como HiDDNS, no como IP server.
